Terms of Service
Last updated: April 1, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of KryptoPay's website, dashboard, APIs, SDKs, webhooks, analytics features, documentation, and related services.
By accessing or using KryptoPay, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and services
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use the services on behalf of yourself or the person, business, or organization you represent. If you use KryptoPay for a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
KryptoPay provides software and infrastructure that helps users accept stablecoin payments. KryptoPay currently supports USDC payment infrastructure on Base and Polygon and is currently designed as a non-custodial product.
Accounts and responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, credentials, API keys, wallet configuration, and connected systems.
- You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when it changes.
- You are responsible for your products, services, customer relationships, tax obligations, compliance posture, and customer support or refund decisions.
- You must determine whether blockchain payments are suitable for your use case and ensure payout destinations are correct.
Pricing, acceptable use, and suspensions
KryptoPay is currently offered without platform fees unless otherwise stated. KryptoPay may introduce subscription pricing or other commercial terms in the future. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable.
You may not use KryptoPay for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, sanctioned, or prohibited activity. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk to KryptoPay or others, or if required by law.
Payment flow and network conditions
KryptoPay depends on public blockchain networks and third-party infrastructure. Payment outcomes may be affected by congestion, chain reorganizations, validator behavior, wallet software, RPC provider issues, transaction replacement behavior, unsupported assets, unsupported networks, or user error.
KryptoPay may apply chain-specific confirmation rules before treating a payment as successful. If a payer sends the wrong token, the wrong amount, or funds on an unsupported or incorrect network, the payment may fail or may not be recoverable.
Refunds, disclaimers, and liability
Merchants, not KryptoPay, are responsible for end-customer refunds relating to the merchant's goods or services. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once submitted and confirmed.
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KryptoPay disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Nigeria, unless otherwise required by law.
