KryptoPay may not be used for certain categories of businesses, transactions, or users that create unacceptable legal, regulatory, fraud, sanctions, reputational, or operational risk.
Restricted or prohibited use
- Sanctioned persons, entities, or jurisdictions.
- Illegal goods or services.
- Fraudulent schemes.
- Unlicensed financial services where licensing is required.
- High-risk activities prohibited by KryptoPay from time to time.
- Use that KryptoPay reasonably believes exposes it or its users to unlawful conduct or unacceptable risk.
Reviews and enforcement
KryptoPay may request additional information, conduct reviews, limit functionality, suspend service, or terminate accounts where necessary.
