You may not use KryptoPay to engage in, promote, facilitate, or support any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or prohibited by KryptoPay.
Prohibited activity
- Fraud, theft, scams, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive conduct.
- Money laundering or knowingly facilitating proceeds of crime.
- Sanctions evasion or transactions involving prohibited persons, regions, or entities.
- Use involving malware, ransomware, spyware, or malicious code.
- Unauthorized access, scraping, intrusion attempts, or interference with the service.
- Infringing intellectual property rights.
- Abuse of APIs, rate limits, credentials, or test environments.
- Use that threatens the security, availability, or integrity of KryptoPay or its users.
- Any activity that violates applicable financial, consumer protection, advertising, or privacy laws.
Enforcement
We may investigate potential violations and may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the services where necessary to protect KryptoPay, its users, or the public.
